Organisation

 

An International IB requires a strategic head of, for oversight of the Confirmation & Validation function globally which reports directly into the business

 

Role

​​

• Oversight across Confirmation and Validation function located globally within a matrix organizational model

• Leadership of management across teams both on and offshore

• Confirmation and validation function is across all products and segments within the Markets and Institutional space

• Drive continuous improvements – specifically the utilization of Robotics and Automation in conjunction with the business wide directive

• Generation and adaption of MIS an BI for the Markets business

• Manage and drive a strong risk culture with the division and part of the broader business

• Drive the adoption and delivery of regulatory change within the function

• Provision of commercial inputs to the business to help support growth in the markets function

• Support the continuous improvement across the business

 

Individual

​

• Senior Management experience across the Middle or Back office

• Exposure to confirmations and trade validation across all asset classes

• Excellent understanding of trade lifecycles across all asset classes & multiple markets – with an intimate knowledge of ISDA conventions and CSA’s

• Proven track record of delivery in a matrix orientated organization

• Exposure to automation, Robotics and AI desirable

• Ability to travel within the AsiaPac and European markets

• Demonstrable delivery of change products
