Collection
The information collected during the recruitment process is the information that can be disclosed in an employment relationship including Referencing.
The information is sort from the individual directly and via nominated referees.
Information is taken during the process to gain understanding and verification of the candidate’s skills and experience in order to assess an individual’s suitability for roles or prospective roles and when appropriate for market intelligence and research purposes.
Storage
Information is held on Paper Based Files and Computer Storage Facilities.
Protection is provided via a mix of physical and technology security measures to prevent unauthorised access.
Disclosure
Disclosure of personal information can be sort by Clients within the recruitment process; prior, the candidate will be asked for their consent.
Personal Information may also be provided to third party institutions such as Psychometric Testing Services or Support Services such as Background Checking Services.
Disclosure without consent only occurs to assist, or at the request of a regulatory or enforcement body.
Access
You may request access to the personal information held by Avenir Consulting by making a written request to the Managing Director. The Personal Information will be disclosed and any data that is not accurate updated within 14 days of receiving a request that contains the information required to identify the appropriate data.
