Role

​

• Facilitate the delivery of change within the division and take up by the institution and its clients

• Maintenance and development of the policy governing data collection utilising a large legal advisory function to support the correct interpretation of current and proposed rules driven from the team

• Identify risk and develop QA quality control to monitor data governance Application of communication strategies to ensure data governance strategies are adhered to

• Support institution wide Data Governance framework

 

Individual

​

• Proven track record in a strategic data roles – financial markets domain experience desirable

• Ability to negotiate and form generate consensus with senior stakeholders

• Support the conceptualization, formation and delivery of data governance strategy and frameworks

• Exposure to government regulatory requirements desirable

• Co-ordination of business or IT teams, in delivering large data related change initiatives

• Exposure to visualisation tools such as Power BI, & Tableau; further experience of Collibra, Duco, Xceptor, Blue Prism or Curium DS desirable

• Ability to wrangle data via SAS, R, Python or SQL.

• Strong organizational skills

• Impeccable communications both written and verbal

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
