A Markets Consultancy require an individual to support the build out a FATCA / CRS governance framework in line with legislative obligations while meeting all operational risk requirements across multiple international business units.

 

Role

 

• Provision of legislative interpretation and advice across FATCA / CRS obligations

• Interpretation of those requirements for individual business units

• Generation of requirements globally for compliance and reporting purposes

• Perform advisory role to individual onboarding functions regarding collection and control of client data

• Instruction in development of a specific QA team to oversight function

 

Individual

​

• Understanding of Tax Operations specifically FATCA / CRS

• Ideally from an Operational Risk, Tax, Onboarding or Management Consulting background

• Demonstrable track record of delivering within a Markets environment

• Ability to influence and operate at a C-Suite executive level

• Strong organizational skills

• Impeccable communications both written and verbal
